Our DIY bed bug treatment works by combining instant and long-term protection in a simple four-step isolation method.
First, steam is used to kill bed bugs instantly on contact. Next, Diatomaceous Earth (DE) powder is applied to eliminate any remaining bed bugs over time as they crawl through it.
A mattress cover is then used to trap any bed bugs inside, preventing them from escaping or reinfesting the bed. Finally, bed leg traps stop bed bugs from reaching the bed, forcing them to cross the DE powder, ensuring they don’t survive.
With just one setup, this system provides continuous protection without the need for frequent reapplication, making it a safe, eco-friendly, and highly effective alternative to sprays.
