Horrified to discover I had bed bugs and I had the place sprayed. Still had bugs after the spray and had a re-spray. When investigating the problem I was surprised to discover The Bed Bug Barrier (BBB) company and decided to augment the spraying with products from BBB. Staff on the phone were friendly and helpful, the products arrived promptly, and I received a follow up email that was sensitive and reassuring. That was a couple of months ago and no evidence of bed bugs since.
