Our bed bug invasion in one room of our house cased a lot of stress and anxiety to one of our family members in particular who was bitten, but to all of us in the home as well, so i acted immediately and ordered the relevant Bed Bug Barrier tools and ingredients. It may have been overkill, but i decided that was better to be safe than sorry. A few hours intensive work on the bed a surrounds stopped any further infestation. Also In our case it was a combo of a preliminary hot washing of everything and the purchased mattress and pillow covers that i believe did the trick to block the bugs. It doesn’t look like we had the bugs in carpet or walls etc but in infected bedclothes. We used the steamer, powder and tape as a further precaution.
