We had not travelled anywhere since before Covid, so when I was first confronted with these red itchy skin areas, & visiting a doctor, bed bugs were not on the radar. It wasn’t until I visited my Physiotherapist a week later, who asked,” It couldnt be bed bugs do you think ?”that led me to your company. I think there is a lack of awareness in the community to this problem , & I never did find any bed bugs. But your wonderful products worked & certainly solved the problem.
