I ordered the powder, a mattress cover and tape for my bed bug problem. I am elderly and was unable to powder everywhere that I was advised to. I also couldn’t put the mattress cover on, nor could I tape everywhere that I should have. I noticed a massive reduction in the bugs and believe that if I had been able to follow the instructions as described I would have eliminated them completely on first application. I did use the powder again, where I could, after some reappeared and this appears, so far, to have been successful. The support offered by the company has been 100 % and I would happily recommend their products. I was physically unable to do more than I did so I would suggest that if you’re elderly and not able to lift/move like me, that you have someone there to help.
