I wasn’t 100% sure the room/house actually had bed-bugs, however the items on the website and the instructional videos made me think that this was the place to start with the process of eliminating whatever it was that was biting me.
The items I ordered, including a mattress case, pillow cases, a steamer and bed-bug killer powder and duster all arrived promptly.
The instructional video I received was very helpful. This said, using the steamer is perhaps not quite as straightforward as it appears in the video, the same with the duster. Be aware that the dust WILL set off a smoke alarm, and I cannot remember if it is mentioned, but do the dusting in a well ventilated room.
These minor issues aside, I have not had a repeat of the previous issues with whatever it was biting me (I suspect it was actually mites), and I’m happy I went through with this process and purchased the items that I did. I do believe that they have made a difference.
